Environmental due diligence

When acquiring an installation or property, due diligence comprises the checks used to assess legal and financial risks arising from possible environmental and social issues. It provides investors with a clearer understanding of environmental liabilities and responsibility regimes concerning environment, health and safety.

Court-appointed expert reports

A sworn expert is appointed by written order of the court. The assignment results in a written report provided to the parties. Examples include hydrocarbon pollution during filling operations or leaks from heating-oil tanks.
